Attention before purchasing:

• The 31800mAh power bank weighs 735g. Please check the size (140*160*23mm) and weight before purchasing.

Tips:

• The 5V2.4A USB port will not work when the DC port is being used but the Quick Charge 3.0 and DC port can be used at the same time
• To charge your laptop with DC-OUT, first click the power button to SET THE VOLTAGE to your laptop's voltage. ( Check your laptop's voltage under your laptop which says Input... or your laptop's charger which says Output... )
• The voltage showed on the display refers to the DC output voltage, not USB output voltage. USB Ports can automatically output right voltage according to your devices.
• Low shutdown current for USB ports: 50mA
• Low shutdown current for DC-OUT port: 100mA
• High shutdown current for DC-OUT port: 5V / 9V / 12V >3A; 16V / 20V / 24V>4.5A
• If the power bank turns off automatically after charging your laptop for several minutes, it may be caused by overcurrent protection. Please don't use your laptop or close the screen of your laptop, then charging it with the power bank.
